ABOUT US

TSBI’s mission is to provide quality professional services to industrial and commercial projects.

We serve both government and private industries, and specialize in high-profile and critical facilities.

As a small business incorporated in Brevard County in 1981, TSBI has successfully performed HVAC testing and balancing (TAB), commissioning (Cx), and other HVAC-related services for more than 40 years. Although we call Brevard county home, TSBI has completed projects throughout Florida and abroad.

In addition to our focus in the aerospace, healthcare, and education industries, we have many ongoing annual contracts with local municipalities in Brevard, Duval, St Johns and Nassau counties. We are also knowledgeable in many specialty requirements, such as building envelope testing.

TSBI is certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) for:
  • HVAC Test, Adjust and Balance
  • Total Building Systems Commissioning
  • Sound and Vibration Testing
  • Lab Fume Hood Testing
Our work is critical to assuring that mechanical systems are complete and functional.
